New ReviewerHave two Arlo pro cameras and have had nothing but audio and video problems since i bought them almost 2 years ago.Have called numerous times but its a chore trying to understand the people answering the phones..Makes any step by step process tedious and longer than necessary. Impossble to transmit audio out to either camera yet the receive from the cameras works fine..The video is jumbled and seems to fragment or tile making any detail almost impossible.. In essence they are not worth the money and getting help is an agonizing process which hasnt worked for me with repeatedly getting ill call you back scenario from the reps which never happens..
