My account was fine for few years with Arlo. Because I am a paid member, I have all my recordings etc in my apps including my purchase history.
But suddenly, Arlo blocked me and I cant log in to my account any more. I tried at least one month in several times and it didn't allow me to log in. Even, forget password do not work.
I tried contacting arlo support team and US support team saying, I need to contact UK support team and UK support team saying, I need to contact US support team. Its been long time and Still they didn't allow me to log in to my account but they keep charging me every month.
Arlo support is one of the poorest support.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Arlo Cons: Tech support via automated bot impossible to use, Customer care of lack of.
