My Arlo essential wireless security camera says the battery life is supposed to be 2 years and its definitely wrong. I need the 19v battery with the plug and its only something I can get from Arlo but it doesnt show it on the website. Please contact me asap 615-957-**** and not by email.

I need help
Camera not recording activity.
I understand that I need to sign up for the door bell recording, but the other cameras are not.
There is no recording before 1/8/3025.

Arlo is a very inconsiderate company.i would never advise anyone to get Arlo cameras or subscribe to any Arlo subscription. My problem has not been solved and it looks like it may never be solved.
Be kind and thoughtful and call me. I tried calling to get my problem solved but no one could help me with my problem. Because they are not caring enough to help me.

Get my cameras subscription worked out. I am paying 2589 a month for my subscription when I am supposed to pay 12.99.very dissatisfied customer.

Subscribtion plans
I wanted to find out why my trial plan was not offered. I had to go with a plan about five dollars more because there was no one there to talk to to tell me that the previous plan was not offered or had gone up in price so I had to pick the lowest plan I could And go with that hopefully it all works out in the end

I was reinstating my plan and it gave me an error five times, but took money off my card five times. Now, I'm not able to speak with a live agent.
