Worst customer service ever
Ive had a Arlo account for over 10 years. I got a message to update my credit card information which I did for some reason they cut off my account now Im trying to get a hold of them to find out why Ive called their five different times now.

Verified Buyer |Resolved: I am having trouble login on the Arlo app. The app says it’s gonna send me an email but it never does. Send me an email.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The code was going to my spasm.

I cant login because I cant get an email confirming my email address. your customer service is terrible.
You have no way of contacting you by phone. I wish I had about this product if I cant get in touch with somebody at customer service or Support.
Resolved: Devices stopped working
I have the basic original Arlo they all work fine then I purchased the upgraded one with the speaker that you could talk to someone in the room and listen to someone in the room. All of those are not working.
I even purchased a new one last week from Amazon and it will not connect to the system.
I try to get a hold of you, but no one seems to like taking answers when they are complaints. Id like to speak to a human being and my number is 760-832-****.

How do I pay for one price plan for my 4 cameras? Can you tell me how to get one plan for four cameras? I want the premium plan.

Already wrote a complaint about Arlo. Their cameras suck and can't hold a charge.
The second set they sent me are just as bad and I would like a full money refund from the company that can't service their customer unless we have a paid membership.
That in itself is unacceptable! This company closed my case and can not be reached by normal means.

Emergency something happen serious happened!
I have 3 cameras at home somehow I only have access to two of them, one of them only allows me to view recording and the other one is not allowing me to view any recording. I tried contacted them, their old numbers are directing me to products and I can't get a Customer to speak with.
No one picking me the call, and it's asking to subscribe which would be fine, but I still need to talk to someone regarding my issues. This is very frustrated! I logged out and now system won't let me log back in!!!
No one to help!! This service sucks!!

I have had no luck with online support–I've been trying since 12/15–quite simply, I need 3 wall plates for an ARLO 4 PRO. I bought it for my son a few years ago and they are missing.
Can anyone help?
I don't need the mounts, just the wall plates with the green arrow on them. Thanks in advance.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
They solved my issue quickly and I'm happy with that. They really need to have a support team that is available to take calls.
I'm not an Arlo customer, so I had no app or customer account number for them to help me. I had charges on my work credit card and I needed them to investigate those charges, but there's no working number and no way of getting through to a real person.
I am the office manager of a private school and I noticed two charges on my school credit card. We don't have an Arlo account.
I've tried all the phone numbers and I can't connect with any person in your company. Please reply and let me know what these charges are, otherwise I'll report them to the credit card company fraud department.

Verified Buyer |Need promised by Arlo replacement for the DOA unit
Defective Arlo unit purchased NEW. Tried for hundreds of hours to get it to work, along with Chat service help and they couldn't get it to work.
Was promised a replacement, but only when i get the receipt from my boyfriend who bought it. Then, there's NO WAY to email it, as Arlo's email's don't allow me to send it. Go back on Chat Help, asking for link to send receipt and given the run around. Call back the voicemails from Arlo, just to hear there's no way to contact anyone at the number.
The Arlo agent told me to call back, yet the number doesn't allow call back. This unit NEVER worked. My time was wasted.
Left with a useless unit while Arlo keeps my boyfriends money. This has been a nightmare and for such a small amount of money!
User's recommendation: Don't screw your customers over. Don't sell DOA units. Don't keep customer's money for a useless product. Keep your promise to send a replacement. Don't give the customer a run around, just wasting their time. It's all infuriating!

When I called, I got a representative who barely spoke English. It was so poor that I could not understand 80% of what they were saying I was transferred to another person who was told could help me and I had even more difficult time understanding him and he still does not resolve my issue, all I wanted to do was use a different credit card that was on my Apple account. They made it more difficult than it needed to be if it wasnt for the fact that I had already purchased the cameras I wouldve returned them and went with a different company.
