MY ARLO SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK SINCE AN UPDATE WAS MADE YESTERDAY NOW IT GIVES A MESSAGE THAT IS OFFLINE TO CHECK THE BASE BUT THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE BASE OR THE INTERNET AND WHY YOU DONT PROVIDE AN EMAIL TO COMUNICATE THRU SUPPORT
Arlo - Cannot coneect with CUSTOMER SERVICE

Arlo - Batteries are awful
Bought 5. Can only use 2. Can’t afford to replace batteries every 60 days. I only turn mine on 2 or 3 times a month for 30 minutes at a time.
Arlo - Cameras
For all of you out there thinking about buying a Arlo security camera system. PLEASE DON'T. Cameras fail even after being replaced and customer service is terrible. They were to call me back and I'm still waiting. This is a company that doesn't care about their customer's.

Arlo - Don’t buy
I purchased 2 Arlo camera July 16 2018. In December 1 camera stopped working. Meaning I had the camera for 5 months which makes me really nervous since I paid over $400. The kicker is they make you pay to ship the camera back. I was planning on buying a few more Alro cameras but after this I will be looking for a camera with longer longevity
