Today, I have enclosed support tickets for you to review. The Support Agents when asked for help started using curse words, which shocked me. I had Googled and find out background of Arlo, this is a Chinese 100% owned company. It seems Support is based in India. There is no number to call as Arlo is asking clients to move on raising tickets but no contact otherwise. I was lucky to find this number and if you call 866 968 **** be cautious. I have no idea if they will ever call. I have spent $5000 of Arlo Ultra 2. I hope with no support it may be a loss. First 3 months is free trial and then you pay $100s of dollars. L If trial is like this, image. I am a acting army personal and Arlo has no respect for US defense personal

Why is not one of my cameras recording? It only records live view.

One of my cameras only records live view. It does not record past recording. I pay for 5 cameras to record. I need help to see what the problem is. I have a subscription with your company and you charge me every month for 5 cameras but one does not show previous recordings. Please have customer support help me with this issue.

Cameras not working

Free time ran out and cameras went off and Sam tried but could not get cameras back up again. I have paid for full charges and i need my cameras working.

My service didn't work

Not working so canceling no one to help me with my service my recording not working on cameras no one to call to help tried and tried to email look for a number so I just canceled the service I would like to keep it but I can't pay for something that doesn't work that's all I have to say

Arlo has no real customer service support by federal guidelines So I will contact the bbb and the feds...

Upgrade

I want to know if I can upgrade my arlo subscription so I can keep the video recording for months and not just one week. only after I filed a complaint did anyone call me. So happens this camera does not store anything and it will not save videos over 7 days old. If you pay it will save in cloud for 30 days. Downloading does not work very well as you cannot get a date and time stamp with the videos!

User's recommendation: go with better cameras not sure Arlos has any.

Ongoing problems

My camera always shows online but its not picking up motion This has been an ongoing problem for very long time I cant tell you how many times I have called the problem has not get fixed I would really appreciate if you switch me out to a different model I am very unhappy please do something this is not fair to me

Technical support

You have absolutely no customer service to speak to chat does not work all the time on high-tech products I will be canceling your service I've been with you for a long time I have now canceled the service unless I get a call back within 24 hours otherwise I am done with Arlo chat does not work when you have a problem I pay monthly for it I bought your product I expect occasionally to speak to somebody which is maybe once a year and that can't even happen so goodbye Arlo

No customer support AT ALL

I have tried to find a working number to talk to a human and they do not have one. NO support AT ALL.
