Request for a Arlo solar replacement over 3 months ago and still waiting.
I have requested a defective solar panel over 3 months ago and has been calling in regards to the replacement request and until now, they do not have any stocks, I called over 3 weeks ago and they've said that they already have the stocks and will be delivered to my address between 7 to 10 days and still not been delivered. I called and they've said that all my cases were closed, ask of what happened to the Solar Panel replacements and agent do not have answers. This is the only Company that customer supports do not keep track on their histories of my calls.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
