How to solve up date credit card error to up date subscription.
I have one account with 9 cameras I need to up date new subscription to allow 4 other cameras to work? But credit card up date keep error.
I also called talked to tech support many time case keep up date but problem never solved for last 3 months and spent over 30 hrs on the phone with tech support. No one could solved my problem. Tech keep promised some one would contact me back in few days. But did not hear back or email back 3 week later ask to up dat the case?
Then screenshot all problem and I did send all those screenshot. Up to now problem still problem.
Is some one out there could help solve this problem? I would appreciate it!

How do you program the security light once activated.
We activated the light and had it set to be on for 5 minutes, regardless of there was any motion or not. Is there another way to program the "duration" option?
