Purchased Arlo on Black Friday One of the cameras is always red one of the others is red intermittently. Contacted the arlo support team multiple times and they still haven’t sent me a new camera.
they want to me to give them my credit card info over the phone and everytime I have spoken to someone they are from India and I can barely understand them. Why would I give my financial info to a stranger I can barely understand for a product that should be replaced free of charge?
