The camera's we bought worked for a very short time. It's impossible to get a real person to help you, when you get a real person on chat they are absolutely terrible and no help.

We threw our arlos in the garbage, paid a little more for Ring but very worth it. They also have good customer service. My sister has had a Blink for years and she loves hers.

I feel anything would be better than the Arlo. Don't waste your money or time on this company.

This company has tried to become so automated you can't activate equipment and reactivate an account after moving. I couldn't be more disappointed in the 0 level of customer support.

Even if you call the number found on the internet, they won't put you through to a human. The humans that are there have better jobs than a government job, so much BS between you and the customers, you could get paid to go play golf every day and no one would know.
