Company called and fixed the problem. Very nice agent.
Trying to get the video upright with no help from the support, only chat. They do not provide a phone number. The hardware is glitchy and the software is bad.

I need a battery. Battery life was supposed to be 2 years from the purchase date and it definitely didnt last that long

We upgraded a new cameras and it is not allowing us to access the data that the camera is taking
We used our last Arlo cameras for several years and were very happy with the information.
We want to continue using our cameras, but we do not need a plan at this time

I spoke with a woman who could not rebill me for my monthly Arlo fee. I told her it was an issue with my bank who apologized & all Arlo had to do is rebill me and it would go through.
Well after she kept telling me to put in a new credit card which I did not as the old one has zero issues she wouldnt listen. There was a language barrier also. I finally hung up after 30 mins as I was getting no where.
So it looks like I will be billed in January for 2 mos which is fine but I am not getting alerted if anyone comes in my driveway or up my walkway. URGH!

Won't connect to my internet. Why? I have the right internet and I'm 6 ft away when trying to install the camera to my phone, but it will not go.

Been trying to buy the basic plan for a week, hours on phone without results trying to speak to and understand people with horrible English. Sorry I ever bought these cameras.
Customer service makes everything impossible to achieve, waste of time and money!!! Would not recommend this company to anyone.
