Locked out of arlo account

Hello, I'm having trouble signing back into my account. One of my uncles created an email for my dad and the Arlo account but my uncle doesn't remember the password to the email I tried to recover it many times but it wouldn't work. My Arlo account was linked to my old phone that I broke and now that I got a new phone, it won't let me back into my account, it says it doesn't recognize the new device. it's been almost a whole year and we get no help from this company.

I never could connect to a person that would explain why the price went up from 4.99 to 7.99. Very poor service.could never talk with a human and no Email to tell me of a price increase. Makes me want to find a a new service..

I had a subscription set up with Arlo for a while. Had some cameras installed but they sucked so I got rid of the cameras and cancelled the subscription. Well Arlo continues to freakin charge me for 3-4 months after I had already cancelled the subscription! There's no actual number listed for customer service and the live chat almost seems hopeless because it's just pre written responses. Anyways I FINALLY got a number 1-40*-***-**** to talk to someone to stop the monthly charges. It's just ridiculous that a company would make it so freakin difficult to get the simplest of things taken care of!

Lousy customer support, refuse to provide a phone number so that I can reactivate my arlo account after moving.

This company has tried to become so automated you can't activate equipment and reactivate an account after moving. I couldn't be more disappointed in the 0 level of customer support. Even if you call the number found on the internet, they won't put you through to a human. The humans that are there have better jobs than a government job, so much BS between you and the customers, you could get paid to go play golf every day and no one would know.

The Arlo Pro 2's I purchased stopped working. They would charge and as soon as they disconnected from the charger, they would stop working.

I was hoping to obtain replacement batteries, or replacement devices, or speak to someone in tech support. However, no such luck. I kept running into stone walls. It is hard to imagine any company placing a deaf ear on their customers, however, I guess that is what you are willing to do.

Are you not owned by Netgear? If I receive no response from you to this correspondence, I will be sharing with all via social media what an unresponsive and extremely poor corporate citizen Arlo really is.

Not seeing everything in certain can't talk to anyone in customer service and the camera is not picking up very well at all areas

Just has too many dead areas and it only does 11 seconds of nothing barely catches an image like I mean the edge of it where you can't even tell what it is and it does nothing the rest of the time for 11 seconds and that's all you get to 11 seconds

Call to speak to a person only to realize it was for a paid advertisement not connected to Arlo just a company willing to help for a price the said it was a direct number for Arlo but actually it for a company that charges a fee to help so that the long and short of it
