I agree do not buy Arlo, They have the worst customer support of any technical company. Even though I have an IT degree I was only able to keep my Model # AVD-2000 doorbell camera operating only for a short period of time then lost service and couldn't reconnect this doorbell camera back.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I told them about the faulty cameras and how problematic they've been since purchased.

And without a problem or any resistance whatsoever, they replaced them with the foreknowledge that if they fail again, they will be refunding me. I have received the new cameras and will be installing them soon.

Your cameras have been problematic since purchased. I am very disappointed in the product and would like to discuss options with a MANAGER to resolve this issue. Please contact me at the number below at your first available. Though they fall outside of the warrantee, I still want them replaced because their longevity was awful! They did not hold a charge as was boasted by the company after the first several months. I was constantly charging them, one of them every month. This was a bad purchase for us at $370.00 and I hope to see it resolve amicably. Thank you, Scott Cowen 678-235-****

I am very upset that your rep stated my camera was not working because my plan was not updated He charged me 149.99 to update the plan and the camera still did not work He said he would reimburse me the 149.99 over three weeks ago and he never did He then charged me another 205.00 for another plan update and I still have the same issue. I visited your website only to find out I did not have to have a plan for my camera to work This is total dishonesty and in my opinion its robbery

Got two calls over two months with promises to call with a resolution in a couple of days. Resikuti9n calls never came….they have illegally and irresponsibly bricked devices that were not at end of life to try to force spnsumers to buy new products that require...

Three calls, lots of we are sorry, but no solution

I have several cameras and lights and was happily using them for years, without subscription.once I purchased newer products to add to the system and updated my app AND started paying a monthly subscription when they made it almost impossible not to, the lights no longer worked. When I contacted customer service I was told they are aware of the problem and I should downgrade to the old app.explaining to them that I cant as my system with the newer products required the upgrade.then I was told: Im so sorry, our engineers are working on the problem.

When I explain that its been almost a year that the engineers are working on an app that should never have been released if it did not support products, I get another Im sorry, someone will be back to you shortly.
Simple corporate greed bricked products that are not even at their official end of life.

I asked for either a refund or replacement for lights they made inoperable and they promised me an answer in two days.I'm still waiting weeks later.
Class action is the only way to wake this corporate giant. They sell hardware then disconnect it from their system making them expensive bricksbesides promising their customers that we will always have access without subscriptionshame shame

I have not made any purchase recently from you I have over six phone numbers and none of them will answer the phone. There system is set up to not to talk to the customers that made them. I guess they no longer want or need any customers anymore

The camera's we bought worked for a very short time. It's impossible to get a real person to help you, when you get a real person on chat they are absolutely terrible and no help. We threw our arlos in the garbage, paid a little more for Ring but very worth it. They also have good customer service. My sister has had a Blink for years and she loves hers. I feel anything would be better than the Arlo. Don't waste your money or time on this company.

I have been using the original Arlo Go cameras for many years and recently replaced 3 of them with the Arlo Go 2 models and purchased solar panels for each. I have discovered that the solar panel connection has trapped water at the connection and corroded the contacts not only on the outside connection but continued into the inside of the camera.

I have attempted to clean the contacts and recharge the camera, but they won't accept a charge any longer.

These cameras are fairly new...one sn:A9E32774D0D55
What support can you offer me to remedy the situation. These magnetic solar connections killed my cameras.

This company sells product to the customer for high price and only give a one year warranty. After that the system want update and you are to pay for it at a high rate. And this was not in the fine print that you have to pay for updates on your cameras after the warranty expires.
